Honsh\u016b saare kirdeosas asuv T\u014dhoku piirkond koosneb kuuest prefektuurist. Vahel jagatakse T\u014dhoku veel omakorda kaheks – P\u00f5hja- ja L\u00f5una-Tohoku. Esimene reisip\u00e4evik kajastab mu kolmep\u00e4evast rattas\u00f5itu l\u00e4bi L\u00f5una-Tohoku kolme prefektuuri (Miyagi, Yamagata ja Fukushima).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. p\u00e4ev: Sendai (Miyagi) – Yamagata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Alustasin reisi 04.05 varahommikul, liikudes oma \u00fchiselamust Yamagata poole. Miyagi ja Yamagata prefektuure eraldab \u00fcksteisest kitsas \u014cu m\u00e4estik. See muudab l\u00fchima tee kasutamise jalgratturitele suhteliselt raskeks. \u00d5nneks l\u00e4heb Sendaist Yamagatasse mitu maanteed, millest \u00fcks on ka suhteliselt lameda profiiliga. Jaapani riigimaantee 48 l\u00e4heb Sendaist Yamagatasse l\u00e4bi Tend\u014d linna ning umbes 70 kilomeetri peale on t\u00f5usu veidi \u00fcle 650 meetri. Pool teed on \u00fclesm\u00e4ge, kuid teine pool on see-eest m\u00f5nusalt allam\u00e4ge. Minu jaoks t\u00e4hendas see, et esimese poole peale kulus 2\/3 ajast ning teise poole peale vaid 1\/3. Kuigi valitud tee on laugem kui teised, on siiski vajalik keskmine f\u00fc\u00fcsiline ettevalmistus ning k\u00e4ikudega jalgratas. Mina kasutasin oma 24 k\u00e4iguga Trek Dual Sport 2 ratast ning kuigi tegu oli hooaja esimese pikema s\u00f5iduga, ei leidnud, et s\u00f5it oleks kordagi \u00fcletamatult raskeks osutunud. P\u00f5hiliseks raskuseks osutusid hoovihmad ning m\u00e4gedes ja tunnelites puhunud k\u00fclm tuul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esimese p\u00e4eva vaatamisv\u00e4\u00e4rsuseks oli veidi teelt k\u00f5rvale j\u00e4\u00e4v Yamadera tempel. Tegemist on ligi 1200 aastat vana, m\u00e4en\u00f5lvale rajatud budistliku templiga mille eraldatus, looduskaunis asukoht, vaated ning suvine tsikaadide laul on inspireerinud mitmeid kuulsaid autoreid, kaasa arvatud maailmakuulsat haiku-poeeti Matsuo Bash\u014dt. Olin varem Yamaderas k\u00e4inud augustikuus, kuid soovitan seda sihtkohana igal aastaajal. Huvitava juhuse l\u00e4bi kohtasin Yamaderas ka oma programmikaaslasi, kes olid sinna k\u00fcll tulnud v\u00e4he tavap\u00e4rasemat teed pidi, rongiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d5htu saabudes s\u00f5itsin Yamaderast Yamagatasse, otsisin l\u00f5\u00f5gastumiseks vannimaja ning veetsin \u00f6\u00f6 netikohvikus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esimese p\u00e4eva numbrid: ~100 kilomeetrit, 10 tundi (millest s\u00f5itu ~6 tundi), ~700 meetrit t\u00f5usu ja ~600 meetrit laskumist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. p\u00e4ev: Yamagata – Yonezawa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Teine p\u00e4ev oli m\u00f5eldud olema rahulikum, pika esimese ja rohke t\u00f5usuga kolmanda p\u00e4eva vahel. S\u00f5it pidi olema suhteliselt l\u00fchike ja kiire, k\u00f5igest ~300 meetri t\u00f5usuga. Plaan oli alustada vara hommikul, et \u00f5htul Yonezawas rohkem aega veeta. Kahjuks tegi ilm omad korrektuurid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peale netikohviku l\u00e4hedal kiirtoidurestoranis einestamist, plaanisin kiirelt teele asuda, kuid paduvihma t\u00f5ttu olin sunnitud pea 2 tundi restoranis istuma, kuna 10 kraadi ja paduvihm ei tundunud eriti kutsuvad. Liikuma sain alles hommikul kaheksast. Uus plaan oli Yonezawasse j\u00f5uda veidi peale l\u00f5unat. S\u00f5idu algus m\u00f6\u00f6da 13. riigimaanteed oli vaikne, kuni Kaminoyamasse j\u00f5udes purunes mu esiratta siserehv. Muidugi oli mul kaasas varurehv, mille kohe kasutusele v\u00f5tsin. Lootsin Kaminoyamast rattapoest uue siserehvi osta, kuid p\u00fchade t\u00f5ttu oli avatud vaid \u00fcks pisike rattapood, kus mulle sobivaid rehve polnud. Rattapoodi otsides tutvusin mitme kohalikuga, kes olid parasjagu festivali ette valmistamas. Kuigi lahkusin Kaminoyamast ilma siserehvita, olin tervituseks (ja lohutuseks) saanud maitsta \u00f5htul mitmes t\u00e4navaletis pakutavat toitu. J\u00e4tkasin s\u00f5itu ettevaatlikult, kuna edasiste rehviviperuste lahendamiseks oli mul vaid remondikomplekt, mille kasutamine alati soovitud tulemust ei anna. J\u00f5udsin Yonezawasse kella kolme paiku p\u00e4rastl\u00f5unal, kuna uue rehvi otsingutele ning seej\u00e4rel alanud \u00e4ikesetormi eest varjumine v\u00f5ttis p\u00e4ris mitu tundi. Huvitaval kombel oli Yonezawasse j\u00f5udes ilm selginenud, sinises taevas s\u00e4ramas soe kevadp\u00e4ike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yonezawa j\u00e4\u00e4b ilmselt v\u00e4heste turistide trajektoorile, kuigi tegemist oli ajalooliselt suhteliselt olulise asulaga. Peale Tokugawa shogunaadi t\u00f5usu 1603. aastal, saadeti sinna asumisele varem naabruses \u00fcht Jaapani suurimat maavaldust omanud Uesugi klann. Yonezawa piirkonna n\u00e4ol oli tegemist suhteliselt t\u00fc\u00fcpilise, vaese, p\u00f5hjapoolse maavaldusega, mis sattus mitu korda pankroti \u00e4\u00e4rele, kuid mida Uesugi klann suutis siiski 1868. aastani pinnal hoida. T\u00e4nap\u00e4eval on Yonezawa p\u00f5hiliseks turismiv\u00e4\u00e4rtusteks kena p\u00fchamuga endine lossipark. Lisaks sellele on kuulsad Yonezawa veiseliha, \u00f5unad ja karpkalad ning laineliste nuudlitega ramen<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sattusin Yonezawas olema Kodomo no Hi<\/em> (Laste p\u00e4ev) nimelisel p\u00fchal, mist\u00f5ttu sain osa kohaliku piirkonna muuseumi fuajees peetud Noh<\/em>-teatri l\u00fchietendustest, kus k\u00f5iki rolle m\u00e4ngisid lapsed ja noorukid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seekord veetsin \u00f6\u00f6 hotellis, kuna Yonezawas ei leidunud sobivat netikohvikut. Olenemata p\u00fchadest oli hotellides tube saadaval ning hinnad m\u00f5\u00f5dukad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teise p\u00e4eva numbrid: ~60 kilomeetrit, ~4 tundi s\u00f5itu, ~300 meetrit t\u00f5usu ja ~200 meetrit langust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. p\u00e4ev: Yonezawa – Aizu-Wakamatsu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Kolmas p\u00e4ev algas suht tavap\u00e4raselt, vara hommikul hotelli hommikus\u00f6\u00f6giga. Seekord oli ilm parem ning sain kohe peale hommikus\u00f6\u00f6ki liikvele asuda. Teekond Aizu-Wakamatsusse (l\u00e4bi Kitakata) on l\u00fchem, kui esimese p\u00e4eva s\u00f5it, kuid t\u00f5usu ligi 200 meetrit rohkem. Lisaks sellele j\u00e4\u00e4b teele mitu pikka tunnelit, kaasa arvatud \u00fcks ~4 kilomeetrit pikk tunnel Yamagata ja Fukushima prefektuuride piiril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f5idu algus oli paljulubav, kuna ilm oli kena ja kolmandaks p\u00e4evaks olid lihased juba koormusega harjunud. Sarnaselt esimesele p\u00e4evale j\u00e4i teele m\u00e4estik, seekord k\u00f5rgem ja j\u00e4rsem, kui tunnelitega. S\u00f5idu kurnavaim osa oligi esimene pool, \u00fclesm\u00e4ge esimese tunnelini. Asukoha t\u00f5ttu on teeservas oluliselt v\u00e4hem maju, mist\u00f5ttu \u00f5nnestus paaril korral ka metsloomi silmata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esimene teele j\u00e4\u00e4v tunnel oli eelpool mainitud 4 kilomeetrit pikk
\u014ctoge tunnel. Peale pikka t\u00f5usu oli tunnelis kerge s\u00f5ita, kuid tunnelis valitseva madala temperatuuri t\u00f5ttu hakkas kiirelt jahe. Umbes tunneli keskpaigas asub silt, mis teavitab prefektuuripiiri \u00fcletamist kurikuulsasse Fukushima prefektuuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fukushima prefektuuri kohta on liikvel hulk kuulujutte, kuid peale keelutsooni on kiirgustase t\u00e4iesti normaalne, j\u00e4\u00e4des kohati alla n\u00e4iteks P\u00f5hja-Eesti pankrannikul olevate asulate omale. Lisaks sellele eraldab 2011. aasta tuumakatastroofist m\u00f5jutatud rannikualasid ning sisemaale j\u00e4\u00e4vat pefektuuri l\u00e4\u00e4neosa suhteliselt k\u00f5rge m\u00e4estik. Fukushima prefektuuris on hulk vaatamisv\u00e4\u00e4rsusi ning kindlasti ei tasu end kuulujuttudest hirmutada lasta. Ohtu kogemata nn “punasesse tsooni” sattuda samuti pole, kuna see ala on selgelt t\u00e4histatud. Viimastel aastatel lubatakse autodel ja bussidel m\u00f6\u00f6da teatud teid ka l\u00e4bi “punase tsooni” s\u00f5ita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Huvitavaim vaatamisv\u00e4\u00e4rsus teel Kitakatasse oli “Rainbow Tunnel”<\/em> (“Vikerkaaretunnel”), seitse tunnelit ja silda millele on vikerkaarev\u00e4rvide j\u00e4rgi nimed antud. Tunnelite vahelistelt sildadest v\u00f5ib n\u00e4ha imelisi vaateid \u00fcmbritsevale m\u00e4gimaastikule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u00f5udsin l\u00f5unaks Kitakatasse, kus on elaniku kohta k\u00f5ige rohkem ramen-nuudleid serveerivaid restorane Jaapanis. Einestasin \u00fches restoranis, kus j\u00e4rjekord polnud k\u00f5ige pikem. N\u00e4dalavahetustel v\u00f5ivad j\u00e4rjekorrad olla mitmetunnised, kuid mul \u00f5nnestus istuma saada vaid 20 minutise ootamise j\u00e4rel. Teekond Kitakatast Aizu-Wakamatsusse oli s\u00fcndmustevaene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aizu-Wakamatsu on Fukushima prefektuuri l\u00e4\u00e4neosa suurim linn ning ka ajalooliselt v\u00e4ga t\u00e4htis piirkond. Wakamatsu kindlus oli shogunile ustava Aizu klanni p\u00f5hiline tugipunkt ning piirkonna vallutamine keisrile ustavate v\u00e4gede poolt oli \u00fcks viimaseid etappe 19. sajandi l\u00f5pul toimunud Jaapani kodus\u00f5jas (Boshini s\u00f5jas). P\u00f5hiosa Aizu vaatamisv\u00e4\u00e4rsusi keskendub samurai-kultuurile ning Boshini s\u00f5ja s\u00fcndmustele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samuraide elustiilist huvitatutele soovitan kindlasti k\u00fclastada Tsuruga (Wakamatsu) kindlust ning Aizu Bukeyashiki nimelist k\u00f5rgklassi samurai-perekonna villat. Lisaks sellele asub Aizu-Wakamatsu l\u00e4histel mitu kuumaveeallikat, Kyoto Kiyomizudera disainist innustatud Enzoji tempel ning mitu kohalikku muuseumi. Jaapani riisiveini, sake<\/em>, f\u00e4nnidele v\u00f5ib huvi pakkuda 19. sajandil rajatud Suehiro pruulikoda, kus n\u00e4eb sake<\/em> valmistamise erinevaid etappe ning saab mekkida erienvaid sake<\/em>-tooteid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kolmanda p\u00e4eva l\u00f5puks olin Sendaist p\u00e4ris kaugel ning kuna j\u00e4rgmisel p\u00e4eval ootas mind taas koolipink, s\u00f5itsin Aizust Sendaisse rongiga. \u00dcldiselt on jalgrattaga rongile p\u00e4\u00e4semine oluliselt keerulisem, kui Eestis. Ratta jaoks tuleb kasutada kotti, mis katab terve ratta raami ja veljed. Kotis rattaga rongile p\u00e4\u00e4semist keegi ei takista, kuid arvestada tuleb suurema ajakuluga ning kasutada rongide esimest v\u00f5i viimast vagunit, mille otstes on enamasti natuke rohkem ruumi. V\u00e4ltida tasuks tipptunnironge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
